These are some of my personal favorite essential oils and how I use them around our home:
Cinnamon - diffuse; added to tea, as a refreshing mouth rinse or a soothing throat gargle Clove - diffuse; smells wonderful mixed with Cinnamon Eucalyptus - diffuse; cleaning products; bath salts; to improve respiratory function Lavender - diffuse; apply to bottom of feet to aid in relaxation at bedtime; added to a warm bath Lemon - diffuse; cleaning products Peppermint - diffuse; help with digestion issues or stomach discomfort Wild Orange - diffuse; cleaning products |
