If so, try this quick and easy recipe to curb your cravings!
Here's what you'll need:
1 Ripe Avocado
Fresh Ground Pepper
Fresh Ground Sea Salt
Lawry's Garlic Salt
Lime Essential Oil (pure, therapeutic grade)
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the inside of the avocado into a bowl. Add 3-5 turns of fresh ground pepper, 2-3 turns of fresh ground sea salt, about 1/8 of a teaspoon of Lawry's garlic salt and 1-2 drops of Lime essential oil. Mash well with a fork and mix it all together. Add some tortilla chips or a soft, warm tortilla and you are ready to eat!
Add more salt and pepper to taste, if needed.
Depending what you have on hand, you can also add some freshly diced onion, cilantro, tomato and/or a small amount of jalapeno pepper to this recipe. I have tried all of the above variations before and it truly makes this simple guacamole amazing!
